Estates. This includes all water and sewer stubs to lots. In addition, City of Fort
Pierre electrical, Midco cable, and MDU natural gas have all run their main lines
through the property. These utilities are in the process of getting their pedistals
and transformers wired in for connection to houses.
The road has the vast majority of it's gravel placed and the Contractor is currently
shaping and compacting the gravel in preparation for asphalt placement later this
week, or early next week.
