The underground utilities are almost done, and they will begin paving late in September. All
is going well on the construction of the development. We are really happy with the rate of
new home construction. Four houses are underway. They are of excellent quality. Please
note that if you buy a lot in Vintage Square Estates there is NO deadline for having to build.
We will be putting up new lot line signs soon(following the major road construction).
